Your sessions activate circulation, reduce fluid retention and help define your silhouette. What happens between sessions decides how visible those changes become — and how long they last. These are the habits that make the biggest difference, without extreme diets or complicated routines.
Stay hydrated
Drink water regularly throughout the day — around two litres, and more in Bali’s heat or when you exercise. A hydrated body is less likely to hold on to fluid and responds better to drainage and sculpting.
Eat whole, fresh food
Build your meals around vegetables, fruit, lean protein and healthy fats. Reduce ultra-processed food, sugar and excess salt, which encourage fluid retention and bloating.
Move every day
Your lymphatic system depends on muscle movement. Daily walks, swimming, yoga or strength training all support circulation — and toned muscles make contours look more defined.
Prioritise rest and manage stress
Poor sleep and chronic stress affect digestion, fluid balance and recovery. Aim for regular sleep and find simple ways to switch off.
Stay consistent with your sessions
Regular sessions build on each other. Following a plan gives far better results than occasional visits.
Hydration made easy
- Keep a reusable bottle with you and refill it through the day
- Start the morning with a large glass of water
- Add coconut water, herbal teas or water with lemon and cucumber for variety
- Drink extra on the day of your session and the day after
Foods that help — and foods to limit
Include more
- Leafy greens, cucumber, papaya, pineapple and watermelon
- Potassium-rich foods such as bananas, avocado and coconut water
- Lean protein: fish, eggs, tofu, tempeh and legumes
- Healthy fats from nuts, seeds and olive oil
Limit
- Very salty food, sauces and snacks
- Sugary drinks and desserts
- Alcohol, especially in the 24 hours after a session
- Ultra-processed and fried food
The best kind of exercise
There’s no need for extreme training. The ideal combination is daily low-intensity movement — walking, swimming, cycling — plus two or three strength sessions a week. Strength training firms the muscles under the skin, which makes sculpting results look more defined.
Small habits, big difference
- Stand up and move every hour if you work sitting down
- Elevate your legs for a few minutes at the end of the day
- Avoid very tight clothing that restricts circulation
- Protect your skin from the sun — sunburn makes the skin more sensitive to treatments
You don’t need to be perfect. Small, consistent habits repeated every day make more difference than a strict plan you can’t maintain.
Build your plan
Combine these habits with a regular treatment plan and you’ll see the difference much sooner. Our packages of 3, 5 or 10 sessions make it easy to stay consistent, and you can choose a different treatment every time. Not sure how often to book? Read how often sculpting treatments should be done.
